This policy explains what information AI Tool Wise (aitoolwise.com) collects, why, and what choices you have. It is written in plain English.
Who runs this site
AI Tool Wise is run by Shoaib, an independent reviewer based in Pakistan. For any privacy question, use the contact page.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, so I can reply to you.
- Comments: if you leave a comment, the name, email, comment text, IP address and browser details you submit. Your email is never shown publicly.
- Cookies and the consent banner: the site uses a cookie consent tool that stores your cookie choice in a cookie, so the banner does not ask you again. Comment forms can also set cookies to remember your name and email if you choose that.
- Security logs: to protect the site from attacks, failed login attempts and their IP addresses are logged.
- Server logs: like most websites, the hosting server records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
Analytics
The site does not use Google Analytics or any other visitor analytics tool at the moment. If that changes, this policy will be updated first. I use Google Search Console, which reports how the site appears in Google search; it does not place cookies on this site.
Affiliate links
Some links lead to other companies, and some may be affiliate links. When you click one, that company may set its own cookies to track the referral. I do not control those sites, so please read their privacy policies. See the affiliate disclosure.
How I use your information

I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Information is stored with the web hosting provider. Emails from the contact form are delivered through an email delivery service. Security and spam protection tools may process IP addresses. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you and follow up. Approved comments stay on the site until they are removed. Security and server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR), you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to how it is used. Send your request through the contact page and I will answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
