AI Meeting & Notes

Hands-on reviews of AI meeting assistants and note takers: tools that join your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams calls, or take an uploaded recording, and write the transcript, summary and action items for you.I test every tool on its free plan with the same recorded test meeting: a short English agenda with dates, a budget, names and tasks, plus one line in Hindi and one in Urdu. That shows how accurate each tool is, whether it handles South Asian languages and mixed Urdu-English speech, and what the free plan really allows, such as meeting limits, downloads and default sharing settings. Prices are checked on each official pricing page and dated.Start with my Fireflies AI review. Then read my Otter AI review. Then compare them side by side in my Fireflies vs Otter comparison.
